Currently working as an independent Quantity Surveyor / Estimator, he has held a number of positions across the industry — Construction Manager, Director, Quality Assessor, Project Manager, and Consultant.
Jeff possesses a valuable combination of experience and personability. He adds immense value to each of his projects, using his vast experience to accurately determine project costs and look for efficiencies and innovative solutions. He has built up solid, trusted relationships with local subcontractors and suppliers — allowing him to secure competitive pricing and high-quality contractors for clients.
Having worked across a number of companies and all sectors of construction, Jeff understands the realities of the industry. He is an analytical thinker with an ability to see the bigger picture, and the creativity to solve problems as they come up.

Most recent firstSeismic strengthening and reinstatement of a heritage-listed, mixed-use building occupied by commercial tenants and residents. Jeff provided pricing and value-engineering advice during the ECI phase.
Reroofing, internal refurbishment, and a building services upgrade of an operational courthouse.
Recladding and remediation of an operational courthouse, including restoration of the deteriorating stone façade and tower remediation works.
Remediation and seismic strengthening of a fully occupied apartment complex, including refurbishment of a heritage façade and extensive weathertightness repairs.
Remediation and refurbishment of two occupied school buildings suffering from weathertightness issues.
Delivery of six purpose-built hazardous goods storage and logistics buildings at Callaghan Innovation’s Gracefield campus. Jeff and the ECI team provided design-build advice, value engineering, procurement planning, risk assessment, and pricing.
Recladding and seismic restoration of a seven-storey, occupied school tower. During the ECI phase, Jeff advised on buildability and risk, managed procurement, and priced the project.
